We were honoured to be invited by the Royal Thai Embassy in Singapore as one of four restaurants selected to take part in the Chef Challenge, bringing together chefs to showcase their creativity, passion and interpretation of Thai cuisine.

Across this series, we are proud to share the dishes created by our Bold Thai chefs, who represented us with dedication and heart.

Our sincere thanks to our chefs for representing Bold Thai, and to the team from the Thai Embassy for coming down, supporting the participating restaurants and making this occasion such a meaningful one.

We are truly honoured and grateful to have been invited by the Royal Thai Embassy in Singapore to be one of four restaurants participating in this special Chef Challenge.

A heartfelt thank you to our chefs who represented Bold Thai with passion, creativity and dedication. From the thoughtful preparation to the final presentation, we are incredibly proud of the dishes they created and shared.

We are honoured and grateful to have been invited by the Royal Thai Embassy in Singapore to be one of just four restaurants selected to participate in this special Chef Challenge event.

The challenge gave us an opportunity to showcase our creativity through three signature dishes, each inspired by the richness and diversity of Thai ingredients and flavours — from our delicate White Velvet Sea, to the vibrant Southern Ivory and our indulgent Wild Sago & Coconut Opulence.

It was a wonderful experience to create, share and celebrate Thai cuisine alongside fellow chefs and restaurants. We are truly thankful to the Thai Embassy for the invitation and for giving us the opportunity to be part of such a meaningful culinary experience.

An evening celebrating the flavours, craftsmanship and charm of Thai cuisine at Bold Thai, Capitol Singapore.

The Thai Trade Center Singapore, in collaboration with Bold Thai, hosted “The Haute Makan – Thai SELECT Edition,” inviting guests to experience Thai cuisine through its distinctive flavours, quality ingredients and culinary artistry — showcasing Thailand’s rich culture through a contemporary lens.

The special evening was honoured by the presence of H.E. Mrs. Waraporn Damrongmanee, Ambassador of Thailand to Singapore, who delivered the opening remarks, alongside Ms. Natthama Koonphol, Director of the Thai Trade Center Singapore, representatives from Bold Thai, and Team Thailand.

The chefs at Bold Thai specially curated a selection of dishes, sharing the stories and heritage behind Thai cuisine through a dining experience defined by creativity, craftsmanship and attention to detail for Singaporean guests.

A key highlight of the evening was celebrating Bold Thai as a recipient of the THAI SELECT certification, awarded by the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP), Ministry of Commerce, Thailand — a mark of quality and excellence that represents authentic Thai flavours, standards and culinary identity on the international stage.
