To get to Woodlands Terrace in Singapore, you can take the MRT to Admiralty station and then transfer to bus 962 or 856. Get off at the Woodlands Ave 9 stop and walk about 5 minutes to reach the food stall/stand.
If you are driving, take the SLE towards Woodlands and exit at Woodlands Ave 9. Turn into Woodlands Terrace and find parking along the road. The food stall/stand will be a short walk from there.
