What people say
Madame Fan, located on Beach Road in Singapore, is a restaurant that offers a unique theatre-dining concept and introduces a new era of Chinese cuisine. Executive Chinese Chef Pak Chee Yit showcases his masterful craftsmanship through an artful balance of modern flavors with authentic Cantonese cooking techniques in his new a la carte dishes. The winter melon dish creatively shredded as 'noodles' and simmered in spicy pickled pepper is a must-try for those who love tangy and sour flavors. The dish is perfectly paired with the sweet meat of Boston Lobster for a luxurious indulgence. The Chilled Alaskan King Crab Cold Somen with Hot & Sour Consommé is also a refreshing start to your dining experience. Madame Fan's menu bridges both classic and contemporary culinary techniques, flavors, and philosophies, making it an excellent choice for those looking for diverse taste buds. Come for drinks and stay for dinner to experience their experiential dining this long weekend!
