Good sushi starts way before the fish.
The rice has to be right, temperature, seasoning, texture. Our senseis spent hours on this and honestly it showed us how much detail goes into something most people don’t even think about.

Directions to Ubi Road in Singapore can be reached by public transport via the MRT train station. From the nearest MRT station, take Exit A and walk towards the bus stop on Upper Paya Lebar Road. Take Bus No. 22 or 62 and alight at the bus stop after Tai Seng MRT Station. The restaurants are a short walk away.
If driving, take Paya Lebar Road towards Tai Seng Avenue and turn left onto Ubi Road 1; parking is available along the road with a fee.
