We don't usually roast single origins for espresso hence when we wanted to do it, we had to make sure it is extra special. Vibrant, expressive, clean structured, with layered sweetness, and distinctive floral elegance, this is what you can expect from this coffee.

New Coffee: Rwanda Mbilima CWS
This lot was sourced from Mbilima hills, where coffee thrives under shade trees like Grevillea and Umbrella Tree. Fully ripe cherries are handpicked and pulped the same day. Using the honey process whereby a layer of fruit remains on the beans as they dry slowly on raised beds, building natural sweetness and depth over 25-30 days.
This results in a cup that is filled with summer fruits - Red Apple, Berries, finishing with Red Tea. Perfect iced or hot, this coffee will be a crowd-pleaser.

October was a full month of celebration for our Sweet 16 - from launching a series of everyday items in collaboration with local artist , to giving out affogato, and coffees, we wouldn't have been able to do all these without you.
As we wrap up our celebration, we'll like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has walked this path with us - whether you've known us as Papa Palheta or PPP Coffee.
16 years in the coffee industry is truly a long time. When we first started, we always wondered what it would be like to celebrate a milestone as such. Now that we're here, we realised that it does not matter whether it is our first anniversary or the 16th, at our core, our belief has always been, and will continue to be what motivated us to start 16 years ago, and that is to connect people with coffee.
Thank you for being part of our journey. Here's to many more memorable years and connections ahead.

New Coffee: Kenya Kiaguthu
The Kiaguthu Factory sits along the southern slopes of Mount Kenya, between the Ruarai and Chinga Rivers in Nyeri County. At around 1,800 metres above sea level, the regionโs bright red volcanic soils and cool mountain climate nurture cherries that ripen slowly, developing coffees with exceptional sweetness and depth, which is evident in this vibrant, fruit-forward cup with notes of Blackcurrant, Red Plum, and with lasting floral notes as we finish.

Water Temperature - 93C
Start with 45g of ice in the carafe. Pour 45g of water in 30 seconds interval four times. Serve over ice.

The coffee shop is located at North Bridge Road in Singapore. If you are coming by public transport, you can take either the MRT train or bus. The nearest MRT station is City Hall Station which is a 5-minute walk away from the coffee shop. You can also get off at Bras Basah Station and take a 10-15 minute walk to reach the destination. Alternatively, if you are driving, there are several nearby parking lots including the Capitol Piazza and National Gallery Singapore carparks.
