If you're taking public transport, you can take the MRT to Queenstown Station and then transfer to Bus 195 or 186 at the bus stop opposite Queenstown Shopping Centre. Alight at the bus stop along Mei Chin Road and walk towards Block 159.
If you're driving, take the Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE) and exit at Alexandra Road. Turn onto Tanglin Halt Road and turn left onto Mei Chin Road after passing through two traffic lights. You can park along the roadside or at the carpark in Block 158 which is nearby.
