To reach the dessert shop/restaurant, you can take the MRT to Clarke Quay station and exit through Exit E. From there, walk straight for 5 minutes until you reach a busy intersection. Turn left and walk for another 2 minutes until you see a red building on your right. The dessert shop/restaurant is located on the ground floor of that building.
Alternatively, if you're driving, head towards Clarke Quay Central carpark and park your vehicle there. From there, cross the street towards a red building across the road. The dessert shop/restaurant is located on the ground floor of that building. Please note that parking lots at Clarke Quay Central may be limited during peak hours.
