We are delighted to share that the first episode of The Catch premiered last night, 2 June 2026, on MediaCorp Channel 5!
Featuring our very own Executive Sous Chef, Chef Cheah Hun Leong, The Catch is a culinary adventure series produced by Trevor Cochrane and his team at Guru Productions, where four Singaporean chefs were paired with four Western Australian chefs. Together, they embarked on a culinary adventure to Perth, tackling challenges to catch their own produce, and discovering some of the finest ingredients along the way.
For Chef Leong, it was an opportunity to explore Western Australia’s ingredients, exchange ideas with fellow chefs, and celebrate the universal language of food.
