- Handling customersβ queries, order processing, answering hotlines, replying emails, sending quotations, daily updating of delivery schedules etc.
- Assist clients with product selection
- Liaise with logistics, kitchen and packing department - update them regarding any changes in order or when there is any new order coming in
- Book-keeping, filing, data-entry jobs.
- Keep office clean and tidy, weekly housekeeping required
- Bilingual preferred
- Able to work on public holidays if required
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
