This is what we love to see at the end of a busy night! We don't re-heat our BBQ from the previous night, so our goal is to sell out every night, just like traditional BBQ shacks in America. We can only fit so much meat in the smoker, and when it takes up to 12 hours for some cuts like wagyu brisket, it's not a quick process!
Book early to make sure we have full availability! We don't accept pre-orders, so it's always first come, first serve 🤠

Our pork belly burnt ends get smoke as a whole belly, then cut into large cubes and tossed with the Decker BBQ sauce and a mixture of honey and butter for more richness and sweetness. The honey helps the pork belly become charred in their second trip in the smoker, turning them into "burnt ends" a classic BBQ meat usually done only with brisket. And yeah, we do burnt ends with brisket too 🤠
