Some evenings at The Joint are a little smokier.
Douglas Cook | Elixir Distillers from Elixir Distillers joined us for an evening dedicated to Port Askaig Islay Single Malt , taking us through some of the choicest peated single malts from iconic Islay distilleries.
There was plenty of peat in the glasses, discussions around the bar, and no shortage of opinions on what makes a great Islay dram.
Thank you to Douglas for the exceptionally peaty evening, and to everyone who came down.

We’re fortunate that nights like these aren’t uncommon around here.
Over the years, The Joint is a place where our friends from across the spirits industry often pull up a chair and share a drink.

If you are taking public transportation, you can take the MRT to Tanjong Pagar station and take Exit A. From there, walk straight towards Maxwell Road until you reach the intersection with Tanjong Pagar Road. Turn left onto Tanjong Pagar Road and continue walking for about 5-7 minutes until you reach the destination on your right.
If you are driving, you can park at the nearby car parks such as Craig Place Carpark or Maxwell Food Centre Carpark. The location is also easily accessible via major roads such as Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE) and East Coast Parkway (ECP).
