Day one. Nobody stopped at one.

All You Can Chaat is now on at Level 2, Syed Alwi. Five live chaats — pani poori, dahi poori, sev poori, papdi chaat and Mumbai bhel — built one plate at a time by a Chaat Master who sees no reason to rush the matter.

Alongside them, street-food classics beckon from the buffet. We felt unlimited chaat alone might be a little restrained.
