HR Job Description
-Perform full spectrum of HR function, including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits. Performance Management, Learning & Development, and day to day HR administrative duties
-Prepare and process salary transaction in payroll
-Prepare payroll monthly data for approval
-Assist in full cycle of recruitment including sourcing, shortlisting suitable candidates, drafting of job advertisement, scheduling interviews and reference check
-Provide support to line manager to communicate their key performance indicators to their team members and develop performance goals that are aligned to business objectives
-Responsible for full-cycle of talent acquisition including exit interview, on boarding and off-boarding procedures for all employees
-Compile and analysis exit questionnaire to obtain insights about the employee’s motivations for leaving the organization
-Manage the training administration process including enrolment, training need analysis, payment, maintaining training records and post-training evaluations
-Handle all work pass related matters and personnel data management for all employees
-Involve in the implementation of on-going HR planning and projects
