Meet our matcha selection at Oaks Coffee Co. 🍵
We are currently serving two distinct matchas from Kashinoki Matcha — Shirakashi & Akagashi, each with its own character and profile.
Shirakashi is a premium matcha made from Saemidori, Yabukita & Asanoka cultivars. Slightly nutty with a well-balanced sweetness and bitterness, it’s a great everyday matcha for those who enjoy a more balanced cup.
Akagashi is our ceremonial-grade selection, made from the Okumidori cultivar. Smooth and lightly umami-forward with gentle sweetness and mild bitterness, it offers a more refined cup.
Both are harvested from the spring first flush and available straight or with milk.

A little heads up for everyone ☕️
Our Upper Thomson Road outlet will be temporarily closed on Monday, 20 July 2026, as we carry out some maintenance work.
We will still be open as usual throughout the weekend, so if you have been meaning to stop by, we’d love to see you. 🤍
Need your coffee fix on Monday? Our sister outlet, at 619H Bukit Timah Road, will be open as usual, serving our full selection of specialty coffee, matcha, food and bakes.

Say hello to the newest member of the family — Oaks Coffee Roasters, 🤎
What began as Oaks Coffee Co. has grown into something we have always envisioned: a space dedicated to the craft of coffee roasting.
Now open at 619H Bukit Timah Road, Oaks Coffee Roasters is where you will find our in-house roasted coffees, seasonal filter selections, signature espresso creations, premium matcha and a curated menu of toasties and freshly baked treats. Every coffee served here starts with beans we have carefully sourced and roasted ourselves, with the goal of showcasing the unique character of each origin.

Our trusted matcha partner, sourcing directly from renowned producers in Japan, allowing us to serve authentic, high quality matcha in both traditional preparations and our signature creations.

One of the crowd favourites on our menu: our Strawberry Matcha Latte 🍓🍵
Made with Shirakashi by , housemade strawberry purée and strawberry milk, then finished with cold-whisked matcha for a cup that’s smooth, creamy and naturally sweet. A little fruity, a little earthy, and always easy to come back to.

While we have just opened the doors to Oaks Coffee Roasters at Bukit Timah, Oaks Coffee Co, our very first home, is still open as usual 💛
If you have been craving your favourites, they are still here, including our Kombu Butter Salmon Pasta, served all day with seared salmon, rich buttery notes and that savoury depth from kombu.

To get to Upper Thomson Road by public transport, you can take the MRT to Marymount Station and transfer to bus service number 163 or 167. Alternatively, you can take bus number 52, 132 or 162 from Kovan Interchange.
If you are driving, take the Central Expressway (CTE) towards Woodlands and exit at Ang Mo Kio Avenue 1. Turn left onto Marymount Road and then turn right onto Upper Thomson Road. Parking is available along the road or at nearby car parks such as Thomson Plaza Car Park.
