- All verbally confirmation is not a confirm order. The watsapp or PM confirmation yet no payment received, it’s not a confirm order.
- All confirm order required deposit/payment.
- All Deposit made are not refundable upon any cancellation Only thru our services.
- We have the right NOT TO proceed with the order if we Do not received FULL PAYMENT as on time, even if deposit has been made.
- PLEASE TAKE NOTE : Full Payment required 21 days before event day. Auto cancelation invoice will be issue if we do not receive the required payment on time.
- NO FULL PAYMENT = NO ORDER even if we received the 50% deposit.
- Any Confirmation Order made less than 12 hours a 1 time surcharge (Express Service Charges) of $60 is required.
