Zai Wang Popiah Zai Wang Popiah is a casual coffee shop and restaurant located on Hougang Avenue 8 Blk, serving popular popiah and kueh pie tee dishes at affordable prices. They accept orders via Whatsapp, SMS or phone call, and customers can request spicy versions of their popiah. However, it is important to note that the stall is closed every Wednesday as well as during occasional breaks for the Chinese New Year holiday or other events.

For those taking public transport, take either the bus or MRT to Hougang Station. From there, take exit A and walk towards Hougang Ave 8. Look for Block [number] and you will find the restaurant near the corner.

For those driving, take the PIE expressway and exit at Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway towards Tampines Rd/Lorong Ah Soo. Drive straight until you reach Hougang Ave 8, then turn left. Look for Block [number] and you will find a parking lot nearby where you can park your car. The restaurant is located near the corner of this block.
