Important update: We are now fully booked out for both lunch and dinner services on both days.
You are welcome to come and form a queue at dinner time (5.30 onwards). There is currently no guarantee of how long the queue will be, or if we will even be able to serve you any portions by the time we get to your turn, so if you wish to queue, please do it at your own risk.
Whatever you do, please don't come and queue at lunchtime, because we are completely out of ingredients for our lunchtime chicken burger. We have a very limited amount of ingredients for these because they are being brought in by hand by the Taiwanese team, and they are already committed to those with bookings.
From here we will not be able to reply any more DMS about bookings, so sorry.

Is using a rolling pin on pizza dough “cheating” or just common sense? While the artisanal world loves those big, airy crusts, Chef Bjorn Shen breaks down why the rolling pin is actually essential for legendary styles like Pizza Tonda Romana, Chicago Thin Crust, and St. Louis style.
At the end of the day: One love, one pizza. Let’s be equal-opportunity pizza lovers! 🤝✨
