Prescaling our blend of French, Japanese and American flours for our 100% hydration sourdough.

We take immense pride in that we bake our breads daily for our guests to enjoy with their meal.

We take even more in that nothing goes to waste. All sourdough scrap and even starter “discard” is always repurposed into other tasty things to enjoy.
