The mentaiko & truffle cream sauce gives a whole new mouth-watering experience to the oysters. Personally I love the truffle cream sauce, super fragrant a with a hint of charness. Compliments perfectly with the fresh Hyogo oysters!
The oysters buffet will be valid for 1.5 hours and will not be ending anytime soon!
