From Paya Lebar to where we are today
These photos take us way back — our very first day in Paya Lebar.
No hype. No big expectations. Just a lot of nerves.
We still remember how scared we were.
“What if no one comes?”
“What if no one likes it?”
Then we saw the queue.
And honestly, we were just happy people showed up.
That day reminded us why we started — simple Cebu food, cooked with heart, shared with people who felt like family.
Fast forward to today, 12 years later, and we’re still here because of YOU.
Your support, your cravings, your loyalty — from day one until now.
From a small stall in Paya Lebar to every milestone after —
thank you for growing with us.
Happy 12 years, Iskina Cebu.
Here’s to many more years of lechon, memories, and shared meals.

Relief Run Update
Day 4, 5 & 6
In bayanihan spirit, we continued our post-typhoon relief run around Cebu.
Day 4 – Distributed drinking water to areas in Lahug who had water supply choke
Day 5 – Distributed drinking water and meals provided by DRAFT PUNK to the affected families in Sulima Cotcot, Liloan.
Day 6 – We returned to Cotcot Liloan and extended our drinking water relief to Garden Bloom, Colorado, and Azalea. And despite the jam and clock against us, we rushed back to Talisay to kick off our 1st feeding collab with the good people of The Pig & Palm.
It’s been humbling to witness the resilience and unity of every community we’ve met. The spirit of bayanihan lives strong. And we’re grateful to play our small part.
Day 1, 2 & 3 | Iskina Cebu Typhoon Relief Efforts
Together with our Singaporean good hearted bruddah!
Ug ang Cebu maigo’g bagyo, mamagpag ug mobangon.
For the past 3 days, we have been focusing on what’s most needed right now: drinking water.
We went around Biasong, Crocolandia, Dumlog Evacuation Center, Deca Homes Phase 2, Talisay and Lorega, Cebu City distributing drinking water to families and evacuees affected by the typhoon, prioritizing those whose homes were flooded. It’s been heartwarming to see the community come together as every bottle shared is a small step toward recovery.
Here are a few snippets from the ground. More updates soon as we continue to bring essentials where they’re needed most.

Iskina Cebu, together with a kind-hearted Singaporean close friend — nay, bruddah — has stepped up to help Cebu in the wake of Typhoon Tino, which has left many communities in dire need of assistance.
In a true bayanihan fashion, we have collaborated with members of the local community (thanks Odie of Isla Verde, Raffie of Deca Homes and Demec for added pick up truck support) to provide drinking water, hot meals, and essential relief goods to affected residents. Initial efforts have reached Deca Homes Dumlog and Isla Verde, where families are striving to recover from the devastation.
Plans are underway to extend these relief efforts to the northern areas, including Liloan and other parts of Talisay City, to continue bringing comfort and nourishment to those most in need.
Relief efforts are ongoing — every act of kindness counts.
Here are some snippets of what has been done so far — proof that bayanihan is alive and well in Cebu.
