It's been a while since we posted because we've been busy with some things for you! Come 27th May, Hot Tomato is going to launch our new menu at 6 stores : Jewel, Bedok, PLQ, NEX, Jurong Point and Causeway Point. Come expecting an upgrade in quality of your familiar favourites such as our new Argentinian beef and a twist in the staples such as our new kurobuta sausage. We've also been hard at work sourcing for new beef- introducing to you NZ grass fed sirloin. Or go healthy with chicken and mango salsa, white meat is great. We hope for your support as always through these years. It's also in time for the June hols and we know parents are racking their brains on how to spend their quality time so why not come join us @ Hot Tomato and feast your way through with good food. We hope you like the new menu as much we worked hard to improve on it for you our valued customers.

We hope you had a restful start to 2022 and had time to recharge and refuel with loved ones. At the start of this new year, we wanted to take this opportunity to share with you some operational changes we have made at our outlets (Except Jewel) over the last few months of 2021.
We have progressively rolled out QR code ordering and later, online pre-payment as well to all our outlets excluding Jewel. Times have changed and since serving you since 2007, Hot Tomato wanted to evolve with the times as well utilising the best of technology to overcome manpower challenges that have become more acute with COVID-19 but never compromising in our service to you.
We seek your understanding and welcome your kind feedback as our staff and you-our valued customers navigate this change. Hot Tomato remains committed to warm friendly service and this automation enables us to better serve you with the challenges presented in the F&B world today.
As we grow through time and meet every challenge that COVID-19 presents, we ask for our customers to ride through these challenges with us, learn with us and may we all become better stronger through time.

It's Hot Tomato's favourite time of the year and it's not difficult to see why with christmas carols and lights up everywhere. We hope you are able to take some time off to spend with loved ones and taking the time to recharge. Restrictions have eased but the fight against COVID is far from over with new threats like Omnicron threatening to destabilise the hard won easing of rules worldwide. 2021 hasn't been an easy ride for many and as we spend this festive period resting and recharging, take time off to dine with us with your familiar favourites from our menu. We hope the familiarity brings you comfort as it does to us in serving each and everyone of you. We solider on to continue to bring good food to you and we too hope you keep on carrying on, just as we hope this place many call home Singapore keeps on carrying on. November 10 is when we will be back to dining in group size of 5 and we can't be more excited for this development than we already are. That being said, COVID is still a risk and we want you to dine safe with us. This is why we have put in place protocols like checking your IC or Singpass digital app to verify that all members reside at the same household address. Pls bear with us as we embrace the new normal and do our best to abide by regulations so we can stay open and keep you safe. The extension of the tightened restrictions hit us hard and I'm sure many of you are as frustrated and upset as we are in the F&B industry. The tightened restrictions in addition to all social distancing rules are taking its toll on everyday life and we all can't wait for normalcy to be restored. Even as we in the F&B industry patiently wait out this defining crisis of our times, we too ask for customers support and patience as we navigate the ever changing rules. Kindly respect social distancing measures and don't make it even more difficult for our service staff, they too are frontliners too, serving you day in day out to dish out good meals. We ask for mutual respect when dealing with our staff. All of you customers are the reason for Hot Tomato's existence and we can't ride out this crisis without you. Let's not let this be a me against you mentality but rally together so we will emerge stronger better , better able to dish out quality meals always at affordable prices to you. Shortage of staff is a common problem now and is made more acute with the crisis and closure of borders so we also ask for your patience if wait times are longer than before. Believe in us that we are doing our best so that quality in both food and service are not compromised. Together, we hope to be able to serve you and your families in your favourite hoods for a long time to come. Take care, stay safe and well from the Hot Tomato team.

We're more than halfway through the stabilisation phase where group size has been cut to 2 and work from home is the default. With cases rising, we're still a distance from reaching the COVID new normal. With the many twists and turns that COVID 19 has brought, Hot Tomato would like to be that constant that you and your family can turn to for comfort. Whether you choose to dine at our 8 open outlets or order delivery, we are doing our best to serve you in these difficult times. With your continued support, we will pull through and emerge stronger and better. With cases on the rise and the possibility that our healthcare system may be overwhelmed, it's an anxious time to be living especially with COVID raging on in all other parts of the world. We know many of you miss the safety and security of dining with us which is why we want to reassure you we're doing all we can to making dining safe, social distancing and all, regular testing of our staff, necessary quarantine when staff's close contacts are COVID positive. So, come unwind and destress with us if you should choose to dine at any of our 8 outlets. We would love for you to bond with your closed ones over food. Should you choose to dine in the safety of your homes, we understand and have lined up a special discount with Food Panda for the month of October. 20% off all menu with minimum spending of $30 for all 8 outlets. A day after Singapore's birthday and we are now open for dining in, take away and delivery at all 8 outlets. We know you must be as glad as we are but let's not forget to adhere to safety rules even as we venture out. Get your shot if you are medically eligible and one more step in the right direction, one day at a time that's all it takes to keep us moving forward.
We are also lining up some campaigns with Food Panda and Grab soon for those that still choose to dine at home so stay tuned.

Dear HT customers, today marks the beginning of PH2HA and we are in this with you. HT remains open at 5 locations : PLQ, NEX, Bedok Mall, Jurong Point and Causeway Point. We are offering a limited takeaway and delivery menu. Find us on Deliveroo, Grab and Food Panda. These are dark days and we can only hope with vaccination there will be a light at the end of the tunnel. We need your support more than ever.
