Your Easy Step-by-Step guide to a perfect grilled satay 🍢🔥
1. Thaw it first if it’s frozen. Just let it defrost fully so it cooks nicely and evenly ❄️➡️🌤️
2. Preheat the grill until it’s nice and hot 🔥
3. Lay the satay on the grill in one layer, with a little space between each stick
3. Turn it often so it gets that yummy golden char on all sides 😋
4. Cook until hot and slightly charred — that’s when it’s at its best
