We’ll be serving from home on Sunday May 11th at the Bräcke Promenadloppis! We live in a super charming neighbourhood, and there will be sellers over a few streets - both flea market and professionals. Come and visit! This is what it means to have a food company, that says it does slow food fast. We are serving Char Siu, which normally uses a red food dye. It’s a new dish for Vegan Market in Gothenburg. Instead of dye, we finely cut, bake and dry beats, then crush them into a red powder used to make the dish Uber red. Fast, because once you get to the food truck, it’s ready and hot and on a plate for you to gobble down! come and see for yourself and post your brag to Social

Hej hej our lovely local ! Spring is here, and we are out of hibernation! Next Saturday April 26th is the first .market.gbg of the year at , and we've got some new favourites for you as well as the laksa, musubi and pandan cakes you'll expect. Satay Street at Lau Pa Sat market is a critical tourist stop in Singapore, and while they usually have lamb, pork or chicken skewers, we're making seitan (traditional Asian vegan/gluten protein) to soak up the gorgeous peanut coconut sauce! Char Siu is another iconic dish (kind of Chinese BBQ, with hoisin, 5-spice, honey, soy, garlic, and coloured red with beetroot), and we're marinating and roasting tofu to go with rice and steamed bok choy. We're so looking forward to seeing you all again!

The kitchen smells of pandan and coconut. We sold out of these delicious little (vegan) snacking cakes at the last market, so we're doubling up for Saturday's .market.gbg Christmas market at Kungstorget. Green because pandan, a gorgeous vanilla-like herb, is bright green! DEE-lish! But they also look a bit Christmas-sy, yes?

Ah, this morning feels like winter! I've been making this hot ginger drink for 15 years,, since I ran dapao in Singapore. I believe so much in the power of ginger - for staving off colds, for heating from the inside, for warming our qi and yang energy (in Traditional Chinese medicine), for just being delicious. We'll be serving hot ginger at the .market.gbg Christmas market on Saturday at Kungstorget!
