- By car: Enter into Bukit Batok Central via one of its roundabouts (e.g. interchange with West Ave 6), continue driving until you reach a multi-storey carpark. Park here and take the lift/stairs up to Level 2 of Block 155A where the hawker centre is located. Hao Xiang Seafood Restaurant is inside.

- By public transport: From Bukit Batok Central Bus Interchange or West Mall Bus Stop, take Bus 77, 106,157,174 or NR8 . Alight at Block 640A bus stop and walk towards Blk 644D Market & Food Centre nearby. Once inside, go upstairs to Level3 and locate Hao Xiang Chinese Cuisine which is opposite a stall selling BBQ meat.
- By car: Enter into Bukit Batok East via one of its roundabouts (e.g. interchange with PIE), continue driving until you reach Block 644D Market & Food Centre. Park here and take the lift/stairs up to Level 3 where Hao Xiang Chinese Cuisine is located, just opposite of a stall selling BBQ meat.
