From Central Expressway (CTE), exit at Ang Mo Kio Ave 3. Turn right onto Yio Chu Kang Road and drive for about 2km until you reach your destination. There are several parking lots along Yio Chu Kang Road, but do note that they can be quite limited during peak hours.
