After years of serving you guys our signature gelato, pastas and Italian food, we are sad to announce that Chapter 55 will be closing its doors for the last time on 26 February 2023 (Sunday). We have had so much fun getting to know all of you and are grateful for the memories we have shared together.
This was not an easy decision to make, but due to circumstances beyond our control and other business considerations, this is the best decision for us at this time. We want to thank all of our patrons, staff and partners who have supported us over the years. We hope you have enjoyed our food and drinks as much as we have enjoyed serving all of you!

๐จGELATO IN COLD WEATHER IS GOOD FOR MOOD AND HEALTH!๐จ
While we eat gelato, our brain subconsciously associates it with moments of happiness, of quality time spent together and serenity, awakening the memories of lovely moments thinking of years of our childhood. Consuming a cold food such as gelato during a cold day, would ultimately help alleviate intolerance to low temperatures.
Our artisan gelato is freshly made in house and you may accompany them with our signature waffles! Gelato is a perfect snack for all seasons, as long as you donโt overload the servings. Make your weekend a weekend to remember!

This coming Sunday is the beginning of the Chinese New Year. Chinese New Year 2023 is the Year of the Rabbit, more specifically, Water Rabbit, starting from January 22nd, 2023, and lasting until February 9th, 2024.
The sign of Rabbit is a symbol of longevity, peace, and prosperity in Chinese culture. 2023 is predicted to be a year of hope.

โจAnytime, it is a good time for coffee!โจ
Coffee is a brewed drink prepared from roasted coffee beans. The seeds of our berries are mainly from Brazil and India. The good people of make sure the dried coffee seeds are roasted to varying degrees, on desired flavors.
We are open throughout the day, from 3pm till 5pm, in our sheltered, outdoors area. You may enjoy a cup of joe, a mug of our coldest beer on tap, or even a scoop of our delicious gelato.
