Position: Warehouse Assistant/ Packer

Job Type: Full-time
Salary:** RM 1600 + Allowance+OT

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Accurately pack food products for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Assist in the receipt, storage, and organization of food products in the warehouse.
- Ensure that products are correctly labeled and stored in accordance with food safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and verify orders for accuracy before dispatching.
- Perform regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, especially those specific to handling food products.
- Assist in loading and unloading products from delivery trucks.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Handle damaged or expired products and ensure proper disposal or return processes.
- Adhere to all company policies and regulatory requirements, including those related to food safety (e.g., HACCP guidelines).

**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic or intermediate level English ( reading and speaking)
- Prior experience in a warehouse, packing, or food distribution role preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and handling guidelines is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily packing and shipping targets.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items, typically up to [weight limit].
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar tools is an advantage.
- Forklift certification (if applicable) or able to drive Forklift or willingness to obtain certification.
- Flexibility to work different shifts or overtime as required.

From Choa Chu Kang MRT Station, take bus 300 or 983 and alight at the fourth stop along Choa Chu Kang Ave 3. Alternatively, you can take bus 301 and alight at the seventh stop along Choa Chu Kang Loop. The restaurant is a short walk from either bus stop.

If driving, you can park your vehicle at Lot 1 Shoppers' Mall or Keat Hong Shopping Centre nearby and take a short walk to the restaurant located along Choa Chu Kang Grove.
