To reach #B1/15 Hougang Rivercourt, there are two options:

Option 1 (Public Transport):
Take the MRT to Hougang Station and exit via Exit B. From there, take bus 101 or 109 and alight at the third stop. Walk along Upper Serangoon Road towards Yi Xiu Factory Building, then turn left onto Hougang Avenue 3. Walk straight until you reach Riverfront Avenue, then turn right and walk straight until you arrive at #B1/15.

Option 2 (Driving/Parking):
From Tampines Expressway (TPE), take exit 9 to KPE. Keep left and continue on Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE). Take exit 6A towards Tampines Road/Sengkang/Punggol/Sims Avenue. Continue onto Upper Serangoon Road, then turn right onto Hougang Avenue 3. Turn right onto Riverfront Avenue and drive straight until you arrive at #B1/15. Parking is available in the building's basement carpark.
