To get to Robertson Quay via public transportation, take the MRT and alight at Clarke Quay station. From there, walk towards the Singapore River and turn left onto Robertson Quay. Alternatively, you can take a bus that travels along Havelock Road and get off at the stop near Hotel Miramar. From there, walk towards Robertson Quay.
If driving and looking for parking options, there are several public car parks in the area including UE Square, The Quayside, and The Warehouse Hotel. Some restaurants may offer valet services or have their own private car park.
