We Owe You an Explanation
To our dear customers, supporters, and friends,
In 2023, we had to make the incredibly difficult decision to close our business unexpectedly. This was never how we imagined things would end — and we feel it’s important to share some of the reasons behind that decision.
Due to unresolved internal issues within the previous management, we lost the ability to fully guide and operate the business in the way we had envisioned. Rather than continue under circumstances that no longer aligned with our values, we chose to step away before the business eventually closed.
The situation was far from what we hoped for, but we remain deeply grateful for all the support, encouragement, and trust you showed us throughout the journey. You truly made it worthwhile.
This isn’t the end — just a chapter that closed earlier than expected. We’ve chosen to continue the journey on our own, and we hope to meet you again along the way, in new and better forms.
