Wagyu Beef Cheek (NEW ITEM)
Chunky piece of Wagyu that’s slow cooked over 12 hours and served on a bed of chunky potato mash. Top it off with wilted kale and a generous portion of beef jus from the simmering process!

Kinako Genmai Sundae on Buttermilk Waffle
Inspired by our Japan escapades, and the opportunity to work with on their beautiful Suisen to highlight the rice milk flavor of our soft serve. It comes a citrusy adzuki bean paste, green tea jelly, seasonal fruits and kinako riceballs!

Brown Butter Norwegian Salmon Pasta
Where both worlds meet, it’s a cream based pasta but made a little sweet and salty by making use of brown butter to create a more intense flavor that’s paired with a pickled fennel & green apple slaw.
It’s a fan favorite, and also our staff’s choice! Come try it for yourself!

Apricus Potato Stack 🥔
A literal labour of love, stacked layer by layer with clarified butter and pressed to hold it together while it goes for a steam bake in the oven.
Pressed and cut to size, before a quick fry to turn it golden brown, and tossed in a paprika sour cream seasoning for that super addictive taste.

Lamb Sanger Burger.
Pulled apart slow cooked lamb shoulder, mixed with a chipotle mayonnaise before a roast in the oven for a char and crispy edges.
Assembled with a red cabbage slaw, torched gruyere cheese on refreshing iceberg lettuce, all held together by a pillowy brioche burger bun!

From Singapore city, take the North-East Line on the MRT and alight at Sengkang MRT Station. From there, take bus 85 and alight at the bus stop opposite Jalan Kayu Shophouses. The restaurant/cafe will be a short walk away.
Alternatively, for those driving, take the Tampines Expressway (TPE) and exit at the Seletar Aerospace Drive exit. Head towards Jalan Kayu and find parking along the shophouses or in nearby designated areas.
