Update: we're in the kitchen today, testing out our canele recipe to make sure it's absolutely perfect. We can't wait to share these delicious treats with you!
Baking canele is an art form, and we're putting all our skills to the test to create the perfect texture and flavor. It's a delicate balance of crispy on the outside, soft and custardy on the inside - but we're up for the challenge.
So far, things are looking good. Our canele are coming out of the oven with a beautiful golden-brown color and a sweet aroma that fills the whole kitchen. We're tasting each one to make sure they're just right - and let's just say, we're having a hard time not eating them all ourselves!
