Our Choco Coffee Mille Feuille by chef Yeong is one of those desserts that took a lot of testing, layering, baking, freezing, cutting… and repeating all over again till it felt just right.
In between, a choco coffee cream that’s smooth and slightly bittersweet. A small sweet ending to your meal at Hathaway at Capital Tower ❤️

This Father’s Day means a little more to us. It’ll be our very first Father’s Day brunch at (20 & 21 June), and we really wanted to make it one worth bringing the whole family together for.
For those planning ahead, we’ll be offering 30% early bird savings on food bookings made before 31 May 2026 :)
Expect a brunch spread filled with hearty favourites, comforting plates, live stations, desserts, and plenty made for sharing around the table. Whether it’s for your dad, grandpa, husband, or the father figures who’ve always shown up for you, we’d love to celebrate the occasion with you over a long, easy brunch together. Chicken rice looks simple on the plate, but the heart of it is in the process. Our Chicken Rice Set at Hathaway is made the traditional way because we believe that’s where the flavour truly comes from. The chicken is poached gently, then ice-bathed to keep it tender, and rice is cooked in rich chicken broth. It is served with a comforting cabbage soup and the three essential sauces that make chicken rice complete.
Available on the Easygoing Lunch Menu, Executive Set Lunch, Signature Set Dinner and Weekend Lunch Buffet.

Hathaway has always been about celebrating Southeast Asian Cuisine with intention, and our Signature Rawon is the perfect example.
Rawon is one of Indonesia’s most iconic heritage dishes, originating from East Java and known for its dark, earthy broth made from the rare Keluak nut. We slow braise grain-fed beef cheeks in rich beef stock, finishing with a touch of tamarind for balance.
If you’ve never had Rawon, this is your sign to try it! Available a la carte, on our set menus, and in our Chinese New Year set menus.
