Our Choco Coffee Mille Feuille by chef Yeong is one of those desserts that took a lot of testing, layering, baking, freezing, cuttingā¦ and repeating all over again till it felt just right.
In between, a choco coffee cream thatās smooth and slightly bittersweet. A small sweet ending to your meal at Hathaway at Capital Tower ā¤ļø

This Fatherās Day means a little more to us. Itāll be our very first Fatherās Day brunch at (20 & 21 June), and we really wanted to make it one worth bringing the whole family together for.
For those planning ahead, weāll be offering 30% early bird savings on food bookings made before 31 May 2026 :)
