There's nothing better than digging into a warm and comforting hor fun after a heavy downpour. Full of wok hei and covered with a bed of silky thick gravy, you confirm go "SHIOK AH!" with every bite ๐คค๐คฃ
You can choose what ingredients you want to go with it too - you name it we have it! Seafood, Beef, Chicken, Venison or even plain ๐ฅข There's even the dry fried version which is equally amazing too!

FACT : We make our own egg beancurd in house! โ๐ป
Small batches are done every alternate days to ensure freshness and quality for our customers. We also deep fry the beancurd ONLY UPON ORDER to establish that crispy texture!
Crispy outside, soft and silky inside, our homemade beancurd comes with 2 different types of mushrooms - Shiitake and Bailing which provides ๐๐๐๐๐-๐๐๐๐ to the dish! Preserved turnip slices are also added on top to give that extra flavour and crunch!
This one is for all you beancurd lovers! For those of you who arenโt, we still recommend you to come and give it a try and who knows? Maybe it would change your mind ๐คฉ

Here at WSF, we first deep fry our prawns to enhance its texture and to have that CRUNCH.
We then melt some butter in the wok and toss the cereals with curry leaves until fragrant ๐
Add back the prawns, make sure it's genuinely coated and SERVE ๐๐๐ป
Crispy, sweet and savoury all in one mouth. There's no stopping after one!
Tip : Ask us to add in some chilli padi for that KICK ๐ฅ

Next up on our kitchen line-up is Chef Sek Lam! Heโs been with us for over 20 years and is one of our most experienced/long-serving chef in the kitchen
3 words to describe him would be : Cheerful ๐, Funny ๐คฃ and Serious ๐ค. He brings the smiles into the kitchen but gets serious when it is time to.
FUN FACT! Do you know that Uncle Ah Lam is very prolific in his Cantonese and Chinese? Born in Malaysia, he comes from a family that is mixed Indian and Chinese. (WOW right??? ๐คฏ๐ฑ)
And YES, we are all so bonded together, we call him โUncle Ah Lamโ. How bonded is bonded? wellโฆ. letโs just say he has seen the 4th and 5th generation of our family tree grow up. Yeap that includes me, this little admin here ๐
