MEGUMI has been around for many years, and till today, it’s still my personal ceiling for Japanese food ✨ Whenever friends visit Singapore, this is always the first place I bring them to.
I’m seriously obsessed with their salmon 🍣 — super tender, with just the right amount of richness. All their ingredients are air-flown in weekly, and the first time I tried it, I was honestly blown away ❗️
The overall dining experience is just so comfortable:
✅ Fresh ingredients with clean, pure flavours
✅ Sashimi texture is delicate, with natural sweetness
✅ Cooked dishes are well-seasoned, never overpowering
✅ Comfortable serving pace, never rushed
✅ You leave feeling fully satisfied
Not a one-time check-in kind of place, but a Japanese restaurant I quietly return to n times 🥹 Whenever I crave Japanese food, this place is always the first that comes to mind 🍶
