To reach Serangoon North Avenue 4, you can take public transportation by taking the MRT to Serangoon Station (NE12/CC13) and transfer to bus number 315 from the Serangoon Interchange. Alight at the bus stop opposite ITE College Central, which is located along Serangoon North Avenue 4.
For those driving, take the Central Expressway (CTE) towards Ang Mo Kio and exit at Ang Mo Kio Avenue 3. Turn onto Serangoon North Avenue 4 and drive straight until you see ITE College Central on your right. The parking lot is available in front of the college campus.
