This September, we’re delighted to welcome Jesse Vida, co-founder of one of Asia’s 50 Best Bars, Cat Bite Club, for Claudine’s first-ever Bar Guest Shift.
For one night only, expect an evening of curious cocktails as Jesse joins our Bar Manager, Gary Kang, behind the bar, bringing his playful approach to flavour and technique to each pour, in partnership with Mr Black Spirits.

Anything but melancholy, the Meloncholy is a refreshing, melon-forward cocktail built on a base of Roku Gin and sweet, ripe cantaloupe.
Clarified as a milk punch for a crystal-clear pour and silky-smooth finish, it is balanced with bittersweet Campari and citrusy Cointreau.
Refreshing at first sip, with layers of flavour that slowly unfold, it’s a delightful way to while away an afternoon or evening at our bar.

Last Sunday, the terrace hummed with music, laughter and the lively spirit of a French summer gathering.
With bites and spritzes flowing, we watched the energy rise with the tempo across the evening—even carrying some from their tables to the dance floor—in celebration of World Music Day.
