To get to Tanglin Road in Singapore, you have several options for public transport and driving/parking:
Public Transport:
1. MRT (Mass Rapid Transit): Take the MRT to Orchard Station (NS22) on the North-South Line. From there, you can either walk for about 15 minutes or take a short taxi ride to Tanglin Road.
2. Bus: There are several bus stops along Tanglin Road that are served by various bus routes. Check the specific bus numbers and routes that pass through your starting point and alight at the nearest bus stop to your destination on Tanglin Road.
Driving/Parking:
1. From the city center, head towards Orchard Road and continue onto Grange Road.
- If you are coming from the east, you can take CTE (Central Expressway) and exit at Cairnhill Circle.
- If you are coming from the west, you can take AYE (Ayer Rajah Expressway) and exit at Alexandra Road.
2. Once on Grange Road, turn onto Tanglin Road. Continue straight until you reach your destination.
Parking:
There are limited parking spaces available along Tanglin Road itself, so it is advisable to park in nearby shopping malls or public car parks such as Tanglin Mall or Forum The Shopping Mall. Be sure to check their parking rates and availability before heading there.
