Have you tried our seasonal flavors for this spring ?
We use the whole lemon for this seasonal creation.
After squeezing the fresh lemon juice we candied the lemon peel by slow cooking it for more than 12hours.
We also use fresh egg yolks and swirled it our homemade tart crumble.
“Tarte Au Citron” also known as lemon tart 🍋
It’s refreshing and comforting in every bite 😙
