Our homemade glaze made from honey, lemon juice, garlic, and mixed herbs is brushed over smoked salmon, imparting a rich, tangy-sweet flavour that complements the natural taste of the smoked salmon. The glazed smoked salmon is then topped with shredded cheese, which melts into a gooey layer of deliciousness.
