To get to the food stall/stand in Toa Payoh, you can take the MRT and alight at Toa Payoh Station. From there, take Exit A and walk towards Lorong 4. Alternatively, you can take buses that pass through Toa Payoh Bus Interchange (Buses 8, 26, 28, 31, 73, 88, 90) and alight at the bus stop opposite Block 75C along Lorong 5.

If you are driving, you can park your car at HDB car parks along Lorong 4 or Lorong 5. However, do take note of parking restrictions and fees.
