Our house-made hummus and quinoa are layered with roasted cauliflower, baked pumpkin, chickpeas and shaved almonds, then brought together with a bright yuzu tahini. Proof that a veggie-forward brunch can still feel properly satisfying. 🌿

The bowl you’ll be thinking about all afternoon. Tender wagyu shoulder, ikura and a runny onsen egg, balanced with pickled daikon, edamame and cherry tomatoes over Japanese short-grain rice.

Break the yolk, mix in the yakiniku sauce and get a little of everything in each bite. 🍚
