For public transport, take the Circle Line MRT to Tai Seng station and then transfer to bus 62 or 118. Alight at the bus stop opposite the Caltex petrol station along Haig Road. Walk towards the direction of Changi Road and you will see the food stall/Singaporean restaurant/food stand/seafood restaurant on your left.
For driving, take the Pan Island Expressway (PIE) towards Changi Airport and exit at Paya Lebar Road. Turn right onto Upper Paya Lebar Road and continue straight until you reach a junction with Haig Road. Turn left onto Haig Road and drive straight until you see the food stall/Singaporean restaurant/food stand/seafood restaurant on your left.
Parking is available along both sides of Haig Road but it may be limited during peak hours.
