Always a joy to be back at our favourite client’s home for their Lunar New Year gathering.

Thank you for trusting us to curate a live-station 4-course dinner for an intimate gathering of 20 guests ✨
The evening opened with Foie Gras on Sourdough Banh Mi 🥖, featuring rich, buttery foie gras on lightly toasted sourdough. This was followed by a refreshing Green Mango Salad, 🥗 tossed in a bright and zesty nuoc cham dressing.
For the mains, guests enjoyed our signature Cha Ca La Vong Black Cod, 🐟 delicately cooked and aromatic, alongside juicy Ribeye Beef 🥩 and tender Kurobuta Pork, prepared live for maximum flavour and freshness.
A wonderful night of live cooking, great food and even better company. Truly grateful to be part of this special occasion 🥂
