Asador Singapore is a restaurant that truly understands the art of cooking with fire. Their focus on producing the perfect embers in their kitchen is evident in every dish they serve. From freshly-caught seafood atop a flaming grill to mouth-watering plates of all your menu favourites, every bite is bursting with flavor.
Their wine cellar is stocked with a charming array of carefully-curated vintages for every occasion, and their staff is always ready to provide pairing options and recommendations. And if you're a fan of oysters, you won't want to miss their freshly shucked Japanese oysters served with your choice of two sauce pairings.
But perhaps the real star of the show at Asador Singapore is their chocolate souffle. Meticulously crafted with 70% dark chocolate and complemented by house-made hazelnut ice cream and a delicate spritz of aged rum perfume, this divine creation is baked in their wood-fired oven for the perfect finish.
Overall, Asador Singapore is a must-visit restaurant for anyone who appreciates the artistry and flavor that comes from cooking with fire.
