Located in central CBD area, you may find the owner of this new ramen spot a familiar figure. She has acted in Jack Neo's film AGGA, is a nurse, model and finalist in Miss Universe Singapore 2017. Any guesses who she is? ๐ค
Packed with umami flavour, you literally can't find another spot selling ๐ฆ๐ถ๐ด๐ป๐ฎ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ณ๐ถ๐๐ต ๐ฅ๐ฎ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป (๐ป๐ผ๐ $๐ญ๐ฎ.๐ต๐ฌ) in Singapore. Each bowl comes with crawfish, seaweed, naruto fish cake, bamboo shoots and ramen noodles.
The broth is made by simmering over 30 ingredients for more than 16 hours!
Using fresh ingredients sustainably sourced locally on a daily basis, there is a limited number of bowls (168 servings) sold each day. You can choose to customise your ramen components - we had spicy and original flavours ๐
Paired with the springy ramen noodles, we also added onsen eggs. If you can take spice, definitely go for the spicy option! We tried experimenting with a stronger taste of soup, but preferred the normal level still.
