This is made with different types of cheese and slices of ham, sandwiched between the bread, it sounds normal, but trust me, itโs anything but normal! The effect of melty cheese with toast is simply GOLD!

For Truffle and egg lovers!(pic 4)Rejoice! This is a testament of how much tenderbest has improved and elevated their food! The Truffle flavor is not merely a hint but itโs prominent! Together with the silky creamy eggs, itโs indeed heavenly!

While youโre there, might as well try some of their cool coffee! I tried the Iced Smokey Caramel Macchiato which was so shiok! Refreshing, tasty and comes with liquid energy courtesy of the caffeine! Good stuff!

[New] Big Brekkie, Croque Madame, Smoked Salmon Egg Benedict, Fried Chicken, Cookies & Cream Waffle with Cheesecake Softserve
Brought my mum to tenderfresh latest modern-day cafe - Tenderbest Makcik Tuckshopat Punggol (5 mins walk from my house, YAY โ๐ป) and I was awed by the gorgeous space (both interior and exterior) and was very impressed with their food ๐, especially their Brunch menu which is only exclusive to the Punggol outlet and available during the weekends!
Hereโs what I had:
Pic 1: Croque Madame - First thing first, all their eggs are so nicely done up - super worthy. Bread was soft and moist, and it paired so well with the cheese and chicken ham hidden within it. Best way to eat this: poke the egg yolk, dip the bread and down it. Shiok ๐๐ป
Pic 2: Big Brekkie - Again, the egg yolk no joke. Sautรฉed mushrooms were really yummy (my mum canโt agree more cos she finished most of it). Very value-for-money tbh! Tough fight between this dish and the Croque Madame! Okay, Iโll take two!
Pic 3: Smoked Salmon Egg Benedict - Salmon was good and of course, you have to pair it with the egg, asparagus and muffin. Shiok also!
Pic 4: Fried Chicken - My mum see other people eating she also wants leh! Haha. Tbh, the smell was irresistible! It was crispy, not overly battered and not too oily. Also, it came really hot so darn shiok. Can imagine myself dapao-ing them home for supper!
Pic 5: Cookies & Cream Waffle with Cheesecake Softserve - You can also find the very popular Cat & the Fiddle Cakes over at this outlet. Waffles were crunchy and you can order their Cheesecake softserve. Foresee that itโs gonna be a popular hit among the kids and youth!
