Mirage - The Parlour Singapore is a must-visit restaurant for anyone looking for a unique dining experience. Located on Owen Road, this Japanese Yakitori and Grills infused with Mediterranean Flavours restaurant offers an extensive selection of craft beer to complement their delicious food.
Their signature Fish & Chips are a must-try, and the Wednesday Exclusive deal of pairing it with any pint of beer for only $25 is unbeatable. The Shiro Maguro fillets are crispy, flaky, and unbelievably tender, making it the perfect midweek pick-me-up.
On Mondays, Mirage offers $11 pints all day and all night, making it an excellent spot to unwind after a long day at work. Their kushiyaki selection is also worth trying as they apply a liberal brushing of their thiccc tare over their grilled meat skewers, imparting a deep savoury-sweetness that achieves perfect caramelisation.
For gin lovers, Mirage has got you covered with Sakurao Gin, an award-winning Japanese craft gin that utilises nine kinds of botanicals. It has a delicious citrus-forward flavour with a strong juniper presence that will leave you wanting more.
Overall, Mirage - The Parlour Singapore is an excellent choice for those looking for great food and drinks in a cosy atmosphere. With its unique fusion cuisine and extensive craft beer selection, it's no wonder why this restaurant is gaining popularity among locals and tourists alike.
