Denise — now reimagined as a parfait. 🍎✨
What once lived as a cake returns this season in a lighter, brighter form.
Crisp fruit, delicate tanginess, airy textures, and little bursts of freshness come together in a parfait that feels both nostalgic and entirely new at the same time.
A familiar favourite, seen differently.
Available throughout June in limited quantities daily.

Thoughtfully composed and designed to be savoured slowly, the new season begins today.
Available in limited quantities daily throughout June.
Reservations and pre-orders are highly recommended.

Laila — Matcha, Mango & Yuzu Parfait 🍵🥭
A returning favourite, back once more.
Earthy matcha meets vibrant mango and passionfruit, lifted with delicate citrus and floral tea notes — bright, balanced, and quietly expressive.
Layered with intention, each spoonful moves between creamy, chewy, crisp, and refreshing textures, unfolding slowly from fruit to tea to matcha.
Laila is a parfait of contrast and harmony — familiar, yet never quite the same twice.
Available in month of May, in limited quantities daily.

Hiroko — Banana, Miso & Earl Grey Parfait 🍌🍃
A quieter kind of comfort.
Warm banana meets gentle miso, lifted by the soft, citrusy notes of earl grey — rounded, balanced, and deeply familiar.
Layered with intention, each spoonful unfolds slowly, revealing a harmony of sweet, savoury, and tea.
Hiroko is a reflection of calm — something to return to, again and again.
Available from 29 April to 31 May, in limited quantities daily.

It began with strawberries.
Season after season, this collaboration grew into something deeper —
shaped by shared values and a commitment to the harvest.
Understanding the source has always guided how each ingredient is expressed.
From field to form, the journey has been meaningful.
Today marks the final day of our collaboration menu.
With gratitude for the seasons shared.
25/04/2026
Final weekend.
Our 3rd Anniversary Menu concludes on 26 April.
A few more days to experience the collaboration.
24/04/2026
What lingers most is not only the flavour —
but the people behind it.
The generosity.
The quiet dedication.
The relentless pursuit of excellence.
Collaboration is built on trust —
and on the willingness to share one’s life work.
That is something we carry forward.
Final weekend of our Anniversary Menu.

Quietly one of our favourites. 🌿
Noa — white corn and genmaicha.
Final days.
22/04/2026
It begins here.
Episode 4 spoke about continuation. Walking through the fields makes that belief feel real.
Time in the farms passes quickly — but the connection stays.
There is something grounding about seeing the harvest up close, understanding the work behind it, and being reminded why this collaboration began.
Final days of the Anniversary Menu.
19/04/2026
In progress.
Three years into this collaboration,
the work is still hands-on.
Season by season,
we refine how the harvest takes shape.
From this —
comes Enka, built around Chitose’s white corn.
Available until 26 April.
18/04/2026
Noa 🌿
A new creation for our 3rd Anniversary.
White corn and genmaicha —
sweet, creamy, with a gentle roasted depth.
Available until 26 April.
17/04/2026
Enka — From “En” (connection) and “Ka” (fragrance).
Built around sweet white corn — an ingredient our chef-owner has long wanted to explore more fully.
Paired with delicate shish*to and fresh oba,
it leans slightly savoury, yet remains balanced.
A more grounded expression within the collection.
Available as part of our Anniversary Menu until 26 April.

NOA
A study in simplicity and balance.
At its heart is a White Corn Basque cheesecake made with Chitose’s white corn — bringing delicate sweetness and a clean, juicy freshness.
Layered with genmaicha mousse, where soft matcha notes meet the warm aroma of roasted rice.
Sweet. Creamy. Gently aromatic.
A calm expression within our Anniversary Collection.
Available for dine-in and takeaway 15 April - 26 April only as part of our 3rd Anniversary Menu.

Sakasa concludes today.
A brief exploration slightly outside our usual lines — where tomato meets strawberry, and sweetness leans savoury.
Thank you for embracing something different.
Available until sold out.
11/04/2026
Something green is coming. 🌿
For the genmaicha lovers —
roasty, comforting, and quietly unexpected.
Arriving soon.

𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐳𝐮𝐤𝐮
A fleeting moment of freshness.
Inspired by a garden just after sunrise — when flavours feel lighter and more defined.
From the first time we tasted these Japanese muskmelons, we knew they belonged on our menu.
Their sweetness is clean and composed, never loud.
Paired with yoghurt, and sudachi for gentle acidity, floral green tea for aroma, and delicate coconut textures for lightness.
A quiet beginning, held carefully in a glass.
08/04/2026
From field to form.
Episode 3 captured how each harvest is shaped in our kitchen —
not simply assembled, but carefully transformed.
Across this season’s collection,
the philosophy remains the same:
Respect the ingredient.
Refine the balance.
Let the season speak.
05/04/2026
Season shapes what we create.
Collaboration shapes how we think.
We continue to layer, refine, and explore.
Thank you for being part of this journey.

Sakasa.
A celebration of nature in full bloom.
Sun-ripened tomatoes meet bright strawberries.
Oba leaves weave a gentle herbal thread,
while Greek yoghurt brings a soft tang that lifts every bite.
Encased in a crisp, buttery shell,
It feels fresh, light — and slightly unexpected.
A different direction for us.
Slightly savoury.
Still shaped by balance.
Available for dine-in and takeaway 1 April - 12 April only as part of our 3rd Anniversary Menu.
03/04/2026
A clean cut.
Sweetness is not the only language of fruit.
At peak ripeness, brightness carries its own depth.
Not everything we create stays within familiar lines.

𝗘𝘃𝗲'𝘀 𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗻 — Our very first parfait.
While Arc-en-ciel began with mousse cakes,
this marked the beginning of our layered ice cream parfaits journey.
Inspired by our chef-owner’s deep love for strawberry shortcake, this creation bring together Chitose’s sweet strawberries, Hokkaido milk gelato, rosé wine notes, raspberry, Earl Grey lemon and pistachio.
Playful. Layered. Refined.
A garden in a glass —
and the start of something new.

𝐄𝐩𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐝𝐞 𝟒 𝐨𝐟 𝟒 — 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲
From strawberries three years ago,
to walking the fields again this season.
What began as a simple collaboration has grown into a shared respect —
for ingredients, for seasonality, and for the people behind every harvest.
Three years ago, we had a simple wish:
to create desserts that bring smiles,
like the sight of a rainbow.
We have grown. Learned. Refined.
And we continue — with the same heart.
