If you're taking public transport, take the MRT to the Tampines MRT station and then take bus number 27 or 168 from the Tampines Bus Interchange to get off at the Blk 201E bus stop. From there, it's just a short walk to your destination.
If you're driving, take the Pan Island Expressway (PIE) and exit at Tampines Avenue 2. Continue on Tampines Avenue 2 until you reach Tampines Street 23. Turn right onto Tampines Street 23 and continue straight until you see a parking area on your left. You can park there and walk to your destination.
